应用循证护理降低呼吸机相关肺炎的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 呼吸机相关性肺炎(ventilator-associated pneumonia,VAP)为危重患者建立人工气道进行机械通气48 h后发生的肺炎[1],是机械通气常见并发症.据统计报道,VAP的发生可致患者住院时间延长约6 d[2],此外接受机械通气的患者中VAP致死率可达20% ~ 55%.同时VAP也是一种严重的医院内感染,是医院内感染致死的主要原因之一[3].因此,如何预防VAP发生成为世界性关注的焦点问题,也成为提高医护质量的首要任务.循证护理(Evidence-Based Nursing or EBN)是一种基于最佳临床证据的医疗保健实践,属于传统循证医学的重要分支.循证护理旨在提高护理质量,改善患者预后.近年来,随着EBM的推广和发展,临床护理人员已经将EBN运用到护理实践中,现对国内外应用循证护理降低VAP发生的研究综述如下.
