健康教育在安置起搏器患者中的应用 被引量：6

摘要 目的：探讨随访健康教育在安置具有家庭监测功能起搏器患者中的应用效果.方法：选择2009年6月～2013年6月成功安置带有家庭监测功能双腔起搏器患者8例,通过概述家庭监测系统性能、变更随访模式、消除心理疑虑等方面进行健康教育.结果：随访6个月～4年,安置术后切口均愈合良好,未出现感染、无电极脱位,起搏器功能良好.结论：对于安置具有家庭监测功能起搏器的患者,全方位给予指导,提高患者遵医行为的依从性,从而提高生活质量.
