临床护生对护理服务补救体系的认知与教学对策研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:了解实习护生对护理服务补救体系的认知现况,分析其影响因素并提出对策。方法:采用自行设计的问卷对292名护生进行调查,对调查结果进行分析并探讨对策。结果:护生对护理服务补救体系认知不良;在失误类型方面认为最易发生是护理技术失误(43.15%),护患沟通失误(35.27%);护生对护理服务补救知识需求普遍较高,其中需求最高的是补救技巧(34.93%)及补救方法(30.48%)。结论:对护生进行护理服务补救教育迫在眉睫,应将学校教育与临床护理教学有机地衔接,开展形式多样的服务补救教育,有侧重点地加强服务补救技巧及方法培训,以提高其应对能力。 Objective:To understand the cognitive status of nursing service remedying system practice of nursing students,and analyze the influencing factors and countermeasures.Methods:A self-designed questionnaire on 292 students,analyzed the survey results and countermeasures.Results:The nursing students on nursing service remedying system cognitive side;that happens the most easily were nursing errors in the error types (43.15%) and the nurse patient communication failures (35.27%).Nursing students on nursing service remedying knowledge requirement was relatively high,the demand of the highest recovery were techniques (34.93%) and remedial method (30.48%).Conclusion:The nursing service remedial education should be imminent,school education and clinical nursing teaching organically link,services remedial education in various forms,focus on strengthening the service recovery techniques and methods of training,to enhance their ability to cope.
