综合性医院心脏科护士常见心电图识别情况的调查分析

Investigation and analysis the cardiology nurses' identification of the common electrocardiogram in general hospitals

目的：了解综合医院心脏科护士对常见心电图的识别情况,探讨影响心脏科护士识别常见心电图的相关因素.方法：采用自行设计的调查问卷,对我市3所三级甲等综合医院100名心脏科护士常见心电图识别情况进行调查.结果：心脏科护士常见心电图总体识别情况为33％～82％.其中职称、护龄及心脏科工作时间和心电图识别情况相关,98％的心脏科护士希望获得心电图知识的培训.结论：应该关注心脏科护士对常见心电图的识别能力.对于心脏科护士,在提高基础护理能力的同时,应加强专科知识的学习,以更好地适应优质护理的需要.

Objective：To investigate the cardiology nurses＇ identification of the common electrocardiogram in general hospitals,and to explore the relative factors which affect the cardiology nurses identifying the common electrocardiogram.Methods：A self-designed questionnaire was distributed to 100 nurses in three general hospitals in Beijing and explored their electrocardiogram identification rate.Results：Cardiology nurses＇ common electrocardiogram identification rate were 33％-82％.The nurses＇ grade serve time as a nurse and serve time in department of cardiology were relative to ECG identification rate,98％ cardiology nurses wish to be trained of ECG knowledge.Conclusion：Cardiology nurses＇ identification of ECG should be paid more attention and their professional skills should be enhanced as well as the basic nursing skills,in order to satisfy the need of high-quality nursing.
