某市社区护理现状调查与对策

Investigation and countermeasures of the current situation of community nursing

目的：分析某市社区护理工作现状.方法：于2012年9 ～ 10月对44家社区卫生服务机构发放自行设计的调查问卷107份,对结查进行分析.结果：社区护理人员年龄结构较合理,服务形式和内容较全面,但社区护理人员配备不足且不稳定、学历及职称偏低、护理人员培训不够、缺乏适合社区护理特点的质量评价体系.结论：建议制定政策,吸引并稳定社区护理人才,加快社区护士培养和相关技能培训,建立社区护理质量控制体系,增强社区护理服务能力.

Objective：To analyze the status of community nursing work.Methods：44 community health service institutions issued a self-designed questionnaire 107 copies from September to October in 2012,the results were analyzed.Results：The age structure of nursing staff in community service was reasonable,the form and content of a more comprehensive,but the community nursing personnel shortage and unstable,education and professional training of nursing staff was low,not enough,the lack of quality evaluation system for community nursing features.Conclusion：It is suggested that the formulate policies,attract and stabilize the community nursing talents,to speed up the training of community nurses and related skills training,the establishment of community nursing quality control system,strengthening community nursing service ability.
