住院精神病人意外事件分析与防范对策

Hospitalized Mental Patients' Accidents Analysis and Prevention Countermeasures

目的探讨住院精神病人意外事件发生的原因,制定防范对策。方法采用回顾性调查研究方法对2006年1月-2011年12月住院精神病人中发生的意外事件进行分析。结果 52例意外事件中外逃占26.92%,骨折占26.92%,自杀及自残占13.46%,噎食占15.38%,吞食异物占11.54%,烫伤占5.77%。其发生的原因主要包括疾病因素及非疾病因素两类。结论住院精神病人发生意外事件的风险高,医护人员尤其是护理人员在防范意外事件的发生有举足轻重的作用;应从安全意识、责任心、护理技巧等方面加强培训;加强安全管理制度建设,严格执行规章制度。

Objective To explore the reasons for hospitalized mental patients accidents and develop preventive measures. Methods Hospitalized mental patients＇accidents were analyzed among January 2006 to December 2011 by using retrospective survey research meth- ods. Results In all of the 52 eases of accidents, the proportion of flight, fractures, suicide with self-mutilation, choking, foreign body ingestion and burns were 26.92% ,26.92% , 13.46%, 15.38%, 11.54% and 5.77%. The reasons mainly included two categories of factors of disease and non-disease factors, improper care and vigilance relax were more prominent. Conclusion Hospitalized mental pa- tients＇accidents have high risk;Health care workers, especially nurses play a pivotal role in the prevention of accidents occurred; should strengthen safety awareness, sense of responsibility, care skills training; We strengthenthe construction of a safety .management system, strictly act according to the rules and regulations.
