艾司西酞普兰与帕罗西汀治疗老年抑郁症对照研究

Efficacy and Safety of Escitalopram and Paroxetine in the Treatment of Senile Patients with Depression

目的评价艾司西酞普兰与帕罗西汀治疗首发老年抑郁症疗效及安全性。方法 77例首发老年抑郁症患者随机分为艾司西酞普兰组与帕罗西汀组,疗程6周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和治疗中出现的症状量表(TESS)评定疗效及不良反应。结果艾司西酞普兰和帕罗西汀疗效与不良反应相似,但艾司西酞普兰组起效较快;治疗1周,两组HAMD评分比较,艾司西酞普兰组降分较多(t=2.486,χ2=4.883,P<0.05)。结论艾司西酞普兰可作为老年抑郁症的首选药物。

Objective To study the efficacy and safety of escitalopram and paroxetine in the treatment of first-episode aged depres- sion. Methods A total of 77 senile patients with first-episode depression were randomly assigned to escitalopram group and paroxetine group for 6 weeks. Hamilton depression scale （HAMD） and treatment emergent symptom scale （TESS） were used to assess the efficacy and side effects. Results Escitalopram had similar efficacy and side effects to paroxetine. At the end of 1 week treatment, the reduc- tion of HAMD scores was more in escitalopram group than in paroxetine group （ t = 2. 486, X2 = 4. 883,P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Escita- lopram may be a first choice for aged depression.
