自我效能、心理授权与自我职业生涯管理的关系 被引量:10

The Relationship between Self-efficacy,Psychological Empowerment and Individual Career Management

摘要 目的探索在职人员自我效能感、心理授权和自我职业生涯管理的关系。方法以唐山市380名在职人员为对象,采用一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、心理授权问卷和自我职业生涯管理问卷(ICMQ)进行调查,对数据进行描述性统计分析、相关分析和回归分析。结果①自我职业生涯管理在人口学变量性别(t=2.552)、年龄(F=3.733)、工作年限(F=6.613)上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②相关分析表明,自我效能感、心理授权与自我职业生涯管理三者之间两两呈显著正相关(r=0.587,0.627,0.540;P<0.01);③回归分析表明,自我效能感、心理授权对自我职业生涯管理有显著的预测作用(β=0.473,t=9.416,P<0.001;β=0.262,t=5.216,P<0.001)。结论①在职人员的自我效能感越高,心理授权越高、其自我职业生涯管理能力越强;②在职人员的自我效能感部分通过心理授权对自我职业生涯管理能力起作用。 Objective To explore the relationship between self-efficacy, psychological empowerment and individual career manage- ment(ICM). Methods A total of 380 incumbent people from Tangshan general enterprises and institutions were investigated by Gener- al Self - Efficacy Scale ( GSES ), psychological empowerment questionnaire and individual career management questionnaire ( ICMQ ), De- scriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to analyze the surveyed data. Results (2)There were significant differences in ICM among different gender( t = 2. 552 ), age ( F = 3. 733 ), work experience ( F = 6. 613 ) of incumbent people (P〈0.05). (2)Correlation analysis showed that self-efficacy, psychological empowerment and ICM had positively interrelated relation- ships between each other( r = 0. 587,0. 627,0. 540;P 〈 0.01 ). (3)The regression analysis indicated that self-efficacy and psychological empowerment significantly predicted ICM (β = 0. 473, t = 9.416, P 〈 0.001 ;β = 0. 262, t = 5. 216, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion (1)The high- er self-efficacy and psychological empowerment, the stronger ICM ability of incumbent people. (2)Self-efficaey of incumbent people partly plays a role in ICM through the psychological empowerment.
