犯罪青少年心理健康、社会适应与狱所回归教育

Juvenile Delinguents' Mental Health,Social Adaptation and Prison' Recurrent Education

目的对不同入所时间的犯罪青少年心理健康、社会适应作比较,并研究狱所回归教育与犯罪青少年心理健康、社会适应的相关性。方法采用自编青少年罪犯一般情况调查表、罪犯在狱中自我感受问卷、症状自评量表(SCL-90)和青少年社会适应行为量表对106名犯罪青少年进行团体施测。结果在心理健康方面,不同入所时间犯罪青少年在强迫症状、人际关系敏感症状、抑郁症状3项因子分差异显著(t1=2.067,t2=2.152,t3=2.556,均为P<0.05)。在社会适应性方面,不同入所时间犯罪青少年在社会适应性良好的7个领域差异均不显著;在社会适应性不良的3个因素方面均有显著的差异(t1=4.469,t2=3.484,t3=4.634,均为P<0.01)。所内环境、管教形式、管教方式、管教内容4个因素与犯罪青少年的心理健康呈负相关;所内环境、管教干警、管教形式、管教内容、悔罪表现、目前想法因素也与犯罪青少年的社会适应良好方面有一定的相关性;所中启迪因素对犯罪青少年的品行行为这个社会适应不良因素呈显著负相关(均为r>0.2)。结论狱所应加强对青少年罪犯的回归教育,使犯罪青少年能更好的回归社会。

Objective To compare the mental health and social adaptability of juvenile delinquents who are sent to the prison in dif- ferent period , as well as explore the relationship between prison＇recurrent education and their mental health , social adaptability, neth- otis A total of 106 juvenile delinquents were assessed with the inquiry schedule of juvenile delinquents＇general condition, self-esteem in prision queationnaire, symptom checklist 90 （SCL -90） and adolescents＇social adaptive behavior scale. Results In mental health, juvenile delinquents who were sent to the prison in different period had significant differences in obsessive compulsive disorder, interper- sonal sensitivity and depression （t = 2. 067,2. 152, 2. 556;P 〈 0. 05 ） ; In social adaptability , there were little differences between them in seven spheres of decent social adaptability , which was contrary to the situation of three undesirable factors of adaptability to society（ t = 4. 469,3. 484,4. 634 ;P 〈 0. 01 ）. Prison environment, style, methods and content of reeducation had negative correlations with ju- venile delinquents＇mental health. There were still some relation between decent adaptability to society and prison environment, prison warders, style and content of reeducation , repentance for their crime and present thought, inspiration achieved from the prison reeduca- tion was negative correlation with ／their conducts （r 〉 0. 2）. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen juvenile delinquents＇recurrent ed- ucation, which can help them return to the society.
