吸烟与非吸烟高中生三维人格特征比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的调查吸烟高中生与非吸烟高中生三维人格特征的差异,为开展中学生控烟工作提供科学依据。方法采用三维人格问卷(TPQ)对176名高中生吸烟行为进行三维人格特征的评定。结果①所调查的高中生吸烟率为28.4%(50人),男生对吸烟行为的报告率高于女生(χ2=91.92,P=0.00);②吸烟组TPQ问卷的NS和HA维度得分分别为[(18.20±4.05)分、(15.57±6.17)分],高于对照组[(15.55±5.80)分、(13.47±3.22)分],差异具有统计学意义(t=3.30,P=0.01;t=2.09,P=0.04)。经常吸烟者的NS、HA及总分均高于不经常吸烟者(t=3.51,3.70,4.16),而RD得分低于不经常吸烟者(t=-2.83);③进一步对高中生吸烟行为进行logistic回归分析发现,猎奇性中的NS3、NS4因子,躲避伤害性中的HA4因子为高中生吸烟行为的主要影响因素。结论猎奇性中的放荡不羁\言行保守(NS3)、不守规矩\循规蹈矩(NS4)及躲避伤害性中的疲劳\虚弱无力(HA4)等因子得分较高是高中生吸烟行为的主要危险因素,应针对高中生吸烟行为的人格特征开展相应的预防及干预措施。 Objective To explore the difference of three-dimensional personality between s^oking and non smoking high school students,as well as to provide scientifie.basis for students'tobacco prevention and intervention. Methods A total of 176 high school students were investigated by Three-dimnsional Personality Questionnaire (TPQ). Results (1)The incidence of smoking among high school students was 28.4% ( 50 ) , boys were higher than girls (X2 = 91.92, P = 0.00 ). (2)The NS, HA dimension scores of smoking students were higher than those of non-smoking students(t =3.30,2. 09,P 〈0.05). The scores of TPQ,NS and HA in heavy smokers were higher than those in control group (t = 3.51,3.70,4.16 ), while the score of RD dimension was lower than that in control group (t = -2.83 ). (3)By means of logistic regression analysis methods ,it was showed that the risk factors affecting high school students'smoking included NS3, NS4, HA4 factors of TPQ. Conclusion High scores of NS3, NS4, HA4 in three-dimension personality seem to be risk fac- tors affecting the occurrence of smoking among high school students, we should take corresponding intervening measures according to students" smoking personality traits.
