摘要
目的设计提高经济困难大学生心理素质的团体辅导方案,研究团体辅导效果。方法采用大学生心理素质问卷作为测量工具,选取320名大学生完成测试、访谈,其中36名经济困难学生完成8次团体辅导。结果①经济困难学生与非经济困难学生在社会定向方面存在显著差异(t=-1.977,P<0.05);②经济困难学生通过团体辅导,在目的性、应变力、情绪调控、自信心、社会环境适应、应激情景适应的因子得分上显著高于辅导前(P<0.05).结论通过团体辅导,经济困难学生心理素质水平得到提高。
Objective To design the group counseling program for improving impoverished undergraduates'psychological quality,and explore its efficacy. Methods A total of 320 students finished the psychological quality questionnaire, and 32 impoverished students from them took part in 8 times group counseling. Results (1)There was significant differenee in social orientation between the impover- ished students and the none-impoverished students. (2)Impoverished students aim, strain, emotion control, self-confidence, adaptation to social environment and adaptation to threatening conditions were higher significantly after group counseling. Conclusion Group eounse- ling is effective in improving the psyehololieal quality of imoovefished undergraduates.
