鼎是我国古代物质文化中一种非常重要的器具,其发明和出现可以追溯到新石器时代。早在7000多年前就已经出现了陶制鼎,商周时期,大量青铜鼎的出现更是把鼎的发展推向了高峰。在鼎发展变化的过程中,其地位和功能也发生了一定的变化,形成了我国独有的鼎文化。

As a significant utensil in Chinese ancient material culture, tripod was made and used in Neolith- ic Period. As early as 7000 years ago, pottery tripods were made. During Shang and Zhou dynasties, a large mount of bronze ware emerged, which pushed the development of the tripod to its peak. In the process of devel- opment, the position and function of tripod changed, forming a unique tripod culture in China.
