资源型城市文化产业发展模式研究

Research on the Development Patterns of Cultural Industry in Resource-based Cities

纵观国内外文化产业发展历程,文化产业发展大致可以归纳为五种模式。结合自身的具体特点,我国资源型城市可以采用"政策引导—依托资源—推出特色—百花齐放"的发展模式,并从加大政策引导、深化体制改革、实施品牌战略、推进科技创新、培育市场主体等五个方面入手,大力发展文化产业。

Making a general survey of both the domestic and foreign development of cultural industry, we can conclude that it can be roughly classified into five patterns. Combining with its own specific characteristics, resource-based cities in our country can use the development patterns of＆quot;policy guidance--resources support--characteristics introduction -- flowering of different models ＆quot;. At the meantime, we should expand cultural industry by strengthening policy guidance, deepening institutional reform, implementing brand strategy, promoting scientific and technological innovation, and cultivating market main body.
