摘要
目的探讨内皮素 (endothelin ,ET)及胰岛素样生长因子 -Ⅰ (insulinlikegrowthfactor-Ⅰ ,IGF -Ⅰ )在球囊损伤血管内皮后的改变及意义。 方法用自制导管制造大鼠血管内皮损伤模型 ,观察不同时间受损血管病理改变 ,同时用放射免疫法测定血浆ET及IGF -Ⅰ含量 结果血管内皮损伤后 ,随着时间延长 ,平滑肌细胞大量增殖造成管腔狭窄 ,血浆ET及IGF -Ⅰ升高明显 ,各时间点与对照组相比均有显著性差异 ,且两者具有较好相关性。 结论ET与IGF -Ⅰ相互作用促进血管平滑肌增殖 ,两者可能共同参与了球囊血管成形术后再狭窄的病理过程。
Objective To investigate the effect of endothelin (ET) and insulin like growth factor- Ⅰ (IGF- Ⅰ ) in the development of vascular stenosis after balloon vascular endothelium injury. Methods Using an endothelium injury catheter to make the rat model of aortic endothelium injury and the pathological change of the injured aortic endothelium and plasma concentration of ET and IGF- Ⅰ at different time points were determined by pathological examination and radioimmunoassay, respectively. Results As demonstrated by pathological examination, the smooth muscle cells in the injured aorta proliferated significantly on day 20 after balloon injury. The plasma concentration of ET and IGF- Ⅰ increased significantly and there was a good correlation between ET and IGF- Ⅰ . Conclusion ET and IGF- Ⅰ as a stimulator of vascular smooth muscle cells proliferation might participate in the pathological process of restenosis after balloon angioplasty.
