疏风清肺汤联合中药药膜治疗痤疮肺经风热证32例临床研究

Efficacy of Wind-Coursing Lung-Clearing Decoction plus Traditional Chinese Medicine Facial Mask on Acne Identified as Wind-heat in Lung Meridian:A Clinical Observation of 32 Cases

目的:观察疏风清肺汤联合中药药膜治疗痤疮肺经风热证的临床疗效。方法:将63例痤疮肺经风热证患者随机分为治疗组32例和对照组31例。治疗组予疏风清肺汤联合中药药膜治疗,对照组予丹参酮胶囊内服及外用维胺酯维E乳膏治疗。6周后观察疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为75.0%,对照组总有效率为58.1%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);且治疗组在改善皮损变化方面优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:疏风清肺汤联合中药药膜治疗痤疮肺经风热证疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Wind-Coursing Lung-Clearing Decoction plus Traditional Chinese Medicine facial mask on acne identified as wind-heat in lung meridian. Methods： The 63 cases with acne identified as wind- heat in lung meridian were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, respectively 32 and 31 cases in each. Patients were treated with Wind-Coursing Lung-Clearing Decoction plus Traditional Chinese Medicine facial mask in treatment group, and Tanshinone Capsules plus Viaminate and vitamin E cream in control group. The clinical efficacy was observed in 6 weeks. Results： The effective rate was 75.0% and 58.1% respectively in treatment and control groups, and the efficacy of treatment group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）; The treatment group showed better efficacy on skin lesions than the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Wind-Coursing Lung-Clearing Decoction plus Traditional Chinese Medicine facial mask can provide obvious effect on acne identified as wind-heat in lung meridian.
