摘要
目的:比较九种北虫草子实体以及3种培养基中腺苷和虫草素的含量。方法:超声水提法提取样品中腺苷和虫草素,用RP-HPLC法测定其含量。结果:九种北虫草子实体腺苷和虫草素含量都存在差异,腺苷含量为(1.054±0.259)-(2.931±0.356)mg·g-1;虫草素含量差异较大,为(0.435±0.016)-(4.981±0.212)mg·g-1。3种不同培养基中虫草素和腺苷也存在差异,其中3号培养基虫草素含量最高,达1.046 mg·g-1,1号培养基腺苷最高,为0.612 mg·g-1。结论:九种北虫草子实体腺苷和虫草素含量差异较大;三种培养基中腺苷和虫草素含量也存在差异。
Objective: To analyze the contents of adenosine and eordyeepin in nine kinds of Cordyeeps sinensis as well as three kinds of culture mediums. Methods: The adenosine and eordyeepin were extracted with ultrasonic methods, and the con- tents of them were determined by RP-HPLC. Results: There was difference among the contents of adenosine and cordycepin in nine kinds of CML. The contents of adenosine varied from (1.054+0.259)mg·g-1 to (2.931±0.356)mg·g-1 and the contents of eordyeepin varied from(0.435±0.016)mg'g-1 to (4.981±0.212) mg·g-1. There was also difference among the three kinds of culture mediums; the contents of eordyeep of culture medium No.3 was 1.046 mg·g-1, which was the highest; the content of adenosine of culture medium No.1 was 0.612 mg·g-1, which was the highest. Conclusion:There was difference among the contents of adenosine and cordycepin in nine kinds of CML as well as in three kinds of culture mediums.
