摘要
雾霾污染已成为影响我国经济社会发展和人民生命健康的重大环境问题。本文通过回顾近期我国发生的雾霾天气特点,分析了雾霾天气形成的直接原因和根本原因,并通过借鉴发达国家治理经验,从完善立法、严格执法、鼓励公众参与等方面提出了应对雾霾污染的法律思考与建议。
The haze pollution has become important environment problems which impact economic and society development and people＇ s healthy in our country. By reviewing the recent haze incidents characteristics in our country, the article analyzed the direct and underlying causes of the haze. And by drawing on the governance experience of western developed countries, the article proposed legal thoughts and suggestions of the coping with haze pollution from improvement of legislation, strict enforcement of law, and encourage public participation.
