脑卒中瘫痪患者抑郁障碍与社会支持的相关性研究

The correlation of social supports and depression of patients with paralysis after cerebral apoplexy

目的探讨脑卒中瘫痪患者抑郁障碍与社会支持的相关性。方法采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)和社会支持量表(SSRS)对我院神经内科86例脑卒中后瘫痪患者进行调查。结果本组患者SDS评分为(44.48±5.011)分,社会支持总分为(37.72±4.31)分,抑郁障碍与社会支持总评分及其三个维度评分均呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论脑卒中后瘫痪患者抑郁障碍与社会支持密切相关,临床工作者应多关注患者的抑郁障碍,帮助其建立良好的社会支持系统,以促进其身心健康的恢复。

Objective To investigate the correlation of social supports and depression of patients with paralysis after cere- bral apoplexy. Methods A survey was conducted among 86 patients with paralysis after cerebral apoplexy with SDS and SSRS. Results The SDS score of the patients was 44.48± 5.011, The total score of the social supports was 37.72 ± 4.31, the depression was positively correlated with the total score of the social support and three aspects（P〈0.01）. Conclusion There is close correlation between social supports and depression of patients with paralysis after cerebral apoplexy, and the nurses should pay more attention to depression of paralysis patients, help them constructing effective social supports and promote them rehabilitation .
