月经期癫痫的诊疗现状 被引量：5

摘要 女性由于存在着特殊的生理周期变化,导致女性癫痫患者在月经期的癫痫发作与非月经期的癫痫发作存在明显差异.目前,国际上对月经期癫痫（Catamenial Epilepsy）至今尚无统一的定义,而国内文献中对Catamenial Epilepsy的理解也不一致,混淆了月经性癫痫及月经期癫痫的概念.明确月经期癫痫的概念及了解其发作机制,有助于女性癫痫患者在月经期的合理用药及癫痫发作的控制.
