脑出血微创置管吸引术对老年脑出血患者血清IL-6TNF-α和hs-CRP的影响

目的探讨脑出血微创置管吸引术对老年脑出血患者血清IL-6、TNF-α和hs-CRP的影响。方法选择2010-01—2013-03我院接诊的的80例老年脑出血患者,随机分为实验组和对照组各40例。实验组采用脑出血微创置管吸引术治疗,对照组采用传统的保守治疗。结果术前和术后2d、7d2组神经功能评分比较无显著差异,术后15d、30d实验组神经功能评分明显低于对照组。术后7d、15d及30d实验组血清炎性因子水平明显低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑出血微创置管吸引术治疗老年脑出血患者的效果良好,明显优于传统的保守治疗手段。

Objective To study the impact of cerebral hemorrhage minimally invasive catheter aspiration on serum IL-6, TNF-α and hs-CRP in elderly patients with intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods 80 cases of elderly patients with intracerebral hemorrhage from January 2010 to March 2013 in our hospital were studied. They were randomly divided into experimental and control groups, with 40 patients in each group. Experimental group were treated with cerebral hemorrhage minimally invasive catheter aspiration,and the control group were treated with traditional conservative treatment methods. Results The neurological score of experimental group and control group before operation all had no significant difference with those at 2d , 7d after operation; whereas the neurological score of experimental group at 15d, 30d after operation were all significantly lower than those of the control group. The serum levels of inflammatory cytokines of experimental group at 7d, 15d and 30d after opera- tion was significantly lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The effect of cerebral hemorrhage minimally invasive catheter aspiration on elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage is good, and much better than the traditional conservative treatment.
