环境因素诱导细菌致病基因的表达及其调节 被引量:1

摘要 研究细菌致病基因的表达及其调节特性 ,有助于定义潜在的毒力因子 ,鉴定新的致病基因和毒力因子。本文综述了特定的宿主产物、温度、Fe离子浓度、渗透压等环境信号诱导细菌致病基因表达的机理 ,以及两成分调节系统和DNA超螺旋的改变对细菌致病基因表达的调节。
