听神经瘤显微手术面神经保护对策 被引量：4

摘要 听神经瘤作为颅内常见肿瘤,手术切除是肿瘤治疗的最有效方法.随着神经外科显微技术及手术中神经电生理检测技术的应用,全切肿瘤已不成问题,完整保留面、听神经功能是手术追求的最高要求.选取2010-06-2012-06河南省人民医院神经外科60例听神经瘤患者,采取经枕下乙状窦后入路手术治疗,术中采用分块切除、锐性分离等显微操作,结合肌电图监测保护面神经,取得较好疗效.现报告如下.
