摘要 帕金森病(Parkinson’Sdisease,PD)是影响中老年人身体健康的主要神经退行性疾病之一,随着全世界人口老龄化的来临,对该病的研究已越来越受到人们的重视。1PD概述PD有震颤、肌强直、运动迟缓、姿势不稳等运动症状,主要是由大脑神经元多相退变引起,不仅在中脑黑质致密部,也发生在大脑的外纹状体。除了众所周知PD病人的运动障碍。认知障碍和记忆损害也是疾病的重要组成部分,
