摘要
目的 探讨阿维A联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效.方法选择2011年1月～2012年1月在我院进行治疗的寻常型银屑病患者80例为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例.对照组采用窄谱中波紫外线（Narrow-band,UVB）照射治疗,观察组同时联合阿维A口服,疗程4～8周,治疗8周结束后应用统计学方法对两组的疗效进行评价,并观察治疗期间的不良反应.结果 治疗8周结束后,观察组的总有效率达95%（38/40）,明显高于对照组（95%vs75%,χ2=6.327,P〈0.05）.观察组治疗后的PASI评分较对照组明显降低（3.15±0.49 分vs 9.36±0.73分,P＜0.05）.结论阿维A联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗寻常型银屑病疗效确切,值得推广和应用.
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Avi A joint narrow-band UVB in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods Selected 80 cases psoriasis vulgaris in our hospital for hospitalized treatment from January 2011 to January 2012 for this study,and they all were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 40 cases.The control group was given narrow-band ultraviolet（Narrow-band, UVB） irradiation treatment,the observation group on the base of the control group was given Avi A combined oral,treatment 4-8 weeks for a course,and after treatment 8 weeks,the efficacy were evaluated,and the adverse reactions were observed. Results After threatment eight weeks,the observation group＇s effective rate was 95%（38/40）,was significantly higher than the control group （95% vs 75% ,X2= 6.327,P〈0.05）.After treatment,the PASI score of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group （3.15±0.49 vs 9.36±0.73 ,P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Avi A joint narrowband UVB in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris has good efficacy, it is worthy of promotion and application.
