摘要
目的分析血细胞分析仪自动全血和预稀释模式的结果。方法在迈瑞BC-5600全自动血细胞分析仪上对全血质控物用自动全血和预稀释两种模式同时各行30次检测并进行统计学分析。结果自动全血和预稀释模式白细胞(WBC)、红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)、血细胞比容(HCT)、血小板(PLT)的结果和它们的变异系数(CV)分别为(7.3±0.07,0.97;4.97±0.03,0.60;130.0±0.91,0.70;41.2±0.26,0.63;228.4±3.23,1.41和8.0±0.35,4.38;4.13±0.19,4.60;124.2±5.98,4.81;38.6±1.80,4.66;230.1±9.21,4.00。对应项目的 t值和P值分别为10.74,<0.01;7.57,<0.01;5.43,<0.01;7.83,<0.01;0.95,>0.05。结论采用自动全血模式检测结果比预稀释模式的变异系数小,精密度高,重复性好。
Objective To analyze the test results of hematology analyzers in the automatic whole-blood mode and in the pre-dilution mode. Methods Mindray BC-5600 automatic hematology analyzer was applied for test of whole blood quality control materials for 30 times in the automatic whole-blood mode and the pre-dilution mode. Statistical analysis was conducted in the study. Results The test results and variation coefficients of white blood cell, red blood cell, hemoglobin, hematocrit and platelet in the automatic whole-blood mode were 7.3±0.07, 0.97; 4.97±0.03, 0.60; 130.0± 0.91, 0.70; 41.2±0.26, 0.63; 228.4±3.23, 1.41 respectively; and the test results and variation coefficients in the pre-dilution mode were 8.0±0.35, 4.38; 4.13±0.19, 4.60; 124.2±5.98, 4.81; 38.6±1.80, 4.66; 230.1±9.21, 4.00 respectively. The t value and P value for the five indicators were 10.74, 〈0.01; 7.57, 〈0.01; 5.43, 〈0.01; 7.83, 〈0.01; 0.95, 〉0.05 respectively. Conclusion Compared with the pre-dilution mode, the automatic whole-blood mode has smaller variation coefficient, higher precision and better repeatability.
