新生儿脑室周围回声增强对提示脑白质软化的超声诊断价值 被引量:7

摘要 目的 探讨超声诊断新生儿脑室周围回声增强(Periventricular Echoenhance,PVE)与脑白质损伤(Periventricular Leukomalacia,PVL)的相关性.方法 回顾性总结分析2012年3月~2013年4月在本院新生儿科住院的52例新生儿PVE的超声资料及复查结果,并按照PVE超声表现进行分级,与临床结果相对照.结果 PVE超声分级Ⅰ度26例,Ⅱ度20例,Ⅲ度6例,脑室周围回声增强区在7 d内消退者28例,8~14 d消退者14例,15~27 d内消退者5例,5例28 d后仍未见消退,回声增强区出现局限化并出现小囊腔,考虑为脑室旁白质软化.结论 超声可以较准确反映PVE的回声强度、分布范围和持续时间,对评价PVE与脑损伤的关系有重要作用. Objective To explore the correlation between periventricular echoenhance (PVE) and Periventricular leukomalacia (PVL) in neonatus by ultrasound. Methods Data of Periventrieular Echoenhance (PVE) which classified by the standard of ultrasonic graduation in 52 neonatus in our hospital from March 2012 to April 2013 were retrospectivly analzed and compared with clinical outcome. Results The 26 cases were classified as PVE 1,20 cases as PVE II and 6 cases as PVE Ill. PVE faded away within 7 days in 28 eases,8-14 days in 14 cases and 15-27 in 5 cases, which to lasted more than 28 days in 5 cases with circumscribed and cystic appeared in the PVE area were considered as PVL.Conclusion Ultrasound can reflect the echo intensity ,distribution range and persistence time of PVE ,which has significantly value in accessing the correlation between PVE and PVL.
