摘要
班级管理是实现教育公平的主战场,是学生公平性权益得以维护的主阵地。在班级管理中,存在着话语权的不平等、优势资源的分配不合理及班级管理权处理不民主等"不公"的现象。通过构建师生平等对话、合理分配优势资源和民主处置管理权可解决班级管理中的公平性问题。
Class management is the main battlefield of the realization of educational equity and the main position of the maintenance of students’ fairness rights. In class management, there are some "unfair" phenomena, such as: the inequality of discourse rights, unreasonable allocation of the favorable resources and Undemocratic treatments in dealing the class management rights. By constructing the equal dialogue between teachers and students, the rational allocation of resources and the democratic management right, we can solve the fairness problems in class management.
