中国特色社会主义政治制度作为一种相对独立的制度体系,它大致包括根本和基本的政治制度,建立在根本和基本政治制度之上的政治体制以及确认和保护根本和基本的政治制度及政治体制的法律体系。就其本质规定性而言,它体现了人民当家做主的本质要求,具有相对优越性,要予以坚持。而就其具体实现形式来看,尚存在问题和不足,有待进一步完善,以促使其优越性充分发挥和真正落实。

As a relatively independent system, the socialist political system with Chinese characteristics mainly includes fundamental and basic political system, political regime based on the former and political system which can confirm and protect the political system and regime mentioned above. As far as its essential stipulation is concerned, it reflects the essential demands of socialism and has a comparative advantage to be adhered to. But the form of its concrete realization still has some shortcomings which need to be overcome so as to make the superiority come true.
