JIT模式管理护理文书书写的应用

Application of JIT model for management of nursing records

目的 及时准确填写护理记录,提高护理文书书写质量.方法采用JIT模式,准时、快捷、零耽搁地填写各项护理文书.随机抽取我科2012年4月～2013年8月的出院患者归档病历,比较采用JIT模式管理护理文书填写前后的病案归档率、护理文书填写合格率及病案质量提高情况.结果采用JIT模式管理护理文书填写与传统管理模式比较,在病案归档率、护理文书填写合格率、病案质量等方面有显著差异（P＜0.05）.结论采用JIT模式管理护理文书填写,能使各项护理文书更加真实、客观、科学、及时、规范,能提高出院患者的病历归档率、护理文书填写合格率,提高护理文书质量.

Objective To fill in nursing records promptly and accurately and improve the quality of nursing records. Methods JIT model was applied to fill in nursing records promptly without any delay. The archived medical records of patients discharged from our department from Apr 2012 to Aug 2013 were randomly selected. The record archiving rate, nursing record qualification rate and record quality were compared before and after application of JIT model for management of nursing records. Results There was significant difference in record archiving rate, nursing record qualification rate and record quality between JIT model and traditional model for management of nursing records（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of JIT model for management of nursing records can improve the accuracy, objectivity, scientificity, promptness and standardization of nursing records, increase record archiving rate and nursing record qualification rate, and the quality of nursing records.
