摘要
学生评教和教师评学是高等学校教学质量保障的重要制度。但是多年来,评教与评学在实施过程中并不对等,特别是"重评教轻评学"现象严重,大大影响了这项制度应有的效果。就这一问题的现状、产生的原因、解决措施进行研究探讨。
The students teaching evaluation and teachers evaluation is an important system to guarantee the quality of higher education. But over the years, assessment and evaluation of education in the implementation process is not equal, especially the re-evaluation of teaching light learning phenomenon serious, greatly influence the effect of this system should be. In this paper, the problems, causes, countermeasures are studied and discussed.
