摘要
作为培养职业教育师资的高等师范院校,积极借鉴"教学做一体化"的模式,探讨以现代教育理念与职业教育理论为指导,以信息技术与现代教育技术为手段,建设体现职业教育特色的教学技能训练环境新思路。重点研究如何拓展传统微格教室的功能,以及突破传统微格教室的局限,将教学技能训练空间延伸到仿真的工作现场,构建教学训练情景化、训练过程可视化的"教学做一体化"教学技能训练室和职业教育情境教学技能训练室的可行性方案。
Normal institutes and universities, which are used for cultivating the VE (Vocational Education) teachers, actively learn from the Integrated Model of Teaching-learning-doing, explore the new ideas of the environment construction on VE teaching skills training which take modern education thoughts& ideas, and vocational education theory as a guide and modern information technology as a tool. This paper focuses on how to expand the function of traditional micro-classroom, breaks through the limitation of traditional classroom and extends the space for teaching skills training to the job site. On the basis of which proposes a feasibility scheme for the construction of teaching skills training room with the teaching training scenario, the training process visualization, and of VE situational teaching training room.
