摘要 针对当前我国工业的深入发展,大学对于人才的培养应从国内外企业对工程师的需求出发,应能促进企业技术升级及转型,增强企业的技术革新和产品创新能力。以国际一流制造业对工程师的标准为导向、工程教育认证为目标,从技术能力、沟通协调能力、文档编写能力、个人职业素养方面进行全方面的培养及考核。立足于天津工业大学的实际情况,根据学生的不同基础及特点,以国家、省部级等纵向项目培养学生的理论纵深及分析能力;以企业及公司等横向项目来培养学生的成本分析、严谨严格、产品创新能力;以各类竞赛项目来培养学生的专业应用能力;以学校及学院级的导向性项目来培养学生的参与性和专业热情,从而构建出目前本科学生的工程教育实践发展之路。 According to the current depth development of China's industry, the training of personnel in universities should conform to engineer needs of domestic and foreign enterprises, promote technological upgrading and restructuring, enhance technological innova- tion and product innovation capability of enterprises. Orienting with world-class manufacturing engineer standards, and aiming at world-class engineering education certification, training and evaluating including technology, communication, writing, professional literacy based on school's real case and according to students' different characteristics, a developing road of the engineering education practice is built up for undergraduate students at last. The practical measures comprise of training students' ability of theoretical depth analysis with the national and provincial vertical programs, training students in cross-cutting project cost analysis, rigorous and strict product innovation capabilities with enterprises and companies programs, developing students' professional proficiency with contests projects, developing students' participation and professional enthusiasm with school and college-level oriented programs.
