摘要 工学结合共同培养工程应用型人才是高等教育主动适应社会经济发展的有效途径,是地方性高校进行教学改革的重要内容。北京信息科技大学作为北京市属高校,通过工学结合构建工程应用型人才培养体系,建设"四个融通"的课程体系和产学研一体化的实践教学体系。探索产学合作的有效运行模式,健全完善教学管理机制,保证人才培养改革与建设工作的有效开展,取得了初步成效。 It is very useful to train engineering application talents by industry and university together, and it is also an important content of teaching reformation in local universities. The engineering application talent training system is built with deepening the combination with industry and university. The course system with "four combinations" and practice teaching system with integration of industry, university and research is developed. Furthermore, the effective running mode of cooperation between industry and university is explored and the mechanism of teaching management is improved to ensure that the work of talent training should be promoted successfully.
