急性髓系白血病标准化疗失败后启用序贯预激诱导的效果

Therapeutic efficacy of sequential pre-excitation CAG scheme following DA scheme induction failure in the treatment of acute myloid leukemia

目的探讨标准化疗(DA)方案诱导失败后启用序贯预激诱导(CAG)方案治疗急性髓系白血病(acute myeloid leukemia,AML)的疗效。方法选择28例初治AML患者,用DA方案诱导治疗,化疗结束后第7天骨髓象均为有核细胞增生活跃,原始细胞>5%或有核细胞增生减低,原始细胞>10%,均于DA方案化疗结束后第8天开始CAG方案序贯诱导。结果 28例患者中22例CR(78.6%),2例PR。总有效率(CR+PR)85.7%。结论标准化疗方案诱导失败后序贯预激诱导方案治疗初治AML疗效明显。

Objective To study the curative effect of sequential CAG scheme after the scale DA scheme induction failure in the treatment of early acute myeloid leukemia （AML）. Methods The 28 cases of AML were all treated first by using standard DA scheme induction therapy, on the seventh day after the end of chemotherapy the bone marrow all became nucleated cell proliferation active, primitive cells〉5% or nucleated cell hyperplasia reduced, primitive cells〉10% ;on the eighth day after DA chemotherapy CAG scheme sequential induction was taken. Results Among the 28 cases 22 were of CR, 2 of PR, CR rate was 78.6%, total effective rate （CR＋PR） was 85.7%. Conclusion After DA induction failure performing sequential pre-excitation scheme for treating AML primary efficacy has obvious efficacy.
