中西医结合治疗视网膜震荡36例观察

Observation on Commotio Retinae (36 cases) Treated by Combination on Traditional Chinese Medicine with Western Medicine

目的；观察血府逐淤汤对视网膜震荡的疗效。方法：对６８例视网膜震荡病例随机分为两组，对照组３２例用血管扩张剂、维生素、皮质类固醇激素治疗；治疗组３６例在同对照组治疗的基础上用血府逐淤汤加减治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率９１．７％，对照组总有效率７１．９％，两组比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０·０５）；５天内见效率治疗组为８３·３％，对照组为５６·３％，两组相比有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０·０５）。结论：血府逐淤汤治疗视网膜震荡可提高疗效，缩短病程，增进视功能。

Object: To serve the effect of self-made decoction on the quatity and the time of pharmacal postabortal colporrhagia. Methods: 100 cases of abortion by drugs were diviedt into two groups: test group (69 cases) and controlled group (37 cases). The test group was added Chinese drugs into routine treatment. Result: The quatity of pharmacal postabortal colporrhagia is significant diffence in comparsion between two groups (P <0. 05); the time of that is difference also (P <0. 01). Conclusion; Chinese herbs can be applied to reduce the quatity and shorten the time of pharmacal postabortal colprorrhagia.
