摘要
问卷调查作为获取信息的一种重要手段得到了越来越广泛的应用。但在实际操作过程中,由于诸多因素影响,问卷调查结果很容易与真实情况发生偏差,影响研究结论,进而影响相应的决策制定。因此,保证问卷调查结果的可靠性意义重大。本文从问卷设计、调查员执行能力、调查对象的配合程度3个方面探讨如何保证问卷调查结果的可靠性。
Questionnaire survey as an important rre.ans of accessing information, which has been more widely used recently, but there are many influence factors in the course of the investigation, which lead to the survey results do not match with the real situation, which will impact the research findings, even will affect the corresponding decision- making. Therefore, to ensure the reliability of questionnaire results is of extraordinary significance. In this paper, we will discuss the method of ensuring the reliability of the survey results in detail according to our previous experience in questionnaire design, implementation capacity of investigators and the degree of coopemtion of investigation targets.
