摘要 如何提高骨科学教学效果一直是外科学教学的难点。影像医学对于骨科疾病的诊断、分型和分期起着重要的作用;生物力学知识对于骨科疾病的发病机制解释、治疗选择和疾病转归有密切关系。将影像医学和生物力学理论知识融合到骨科的临床教学中,能更好地培养学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,从而提高临床教学质量。本文就影像医学和生物力学知识在骨科学教学中的应用效果及其相关问题进行探讨。 As a part of the surgery, how to teaching the orthopaedic medicine for students is still a problem. Medical imaging has played the key role in diagnosing, classification and staging of the orthopaedic diseases, and biomechanics helped us in ex- plaining the mechanism and outcome of the orthopaedic diseases and finding a more reasonable tleatmem for them. Therefore, teaching methods that combines basic orthopaedic, medical imaging and biomechanics will be more effective, and improve stu- dents' ability of analyzing and resolving the clinical problems. This paper provides an analysis of teaching basic medical imaging and biomechanics for medical students, and we hope it helps students understand orthopaedic diseases more easily in their clinic practice.
