摘要
以生产型服务企业为研究对象,建立模型对该类企业发展电子商务就绪能力影响因素进行了实证研究,探究了战略与领导、业务流程、商务活动、人力资源、IT资源和外部环境六大因素对生产型服务企业电子商务就绪能力的影响程度。通过对300家企业进行调研,收集了179家企业的有效数据,基于该数据的结构方程分析结果表明:战略与领导、商务活动、人力资源、外部环境对企业发展电子商务就绪能力均有显著的正向影响,其中战略与领导,商务活动影响较大,而业务流程和IT资源对企业发展电子商务就绪能力的正向影响效应不显著。
This paper established a conception model to identify the E-Readiness Factors for the development of electronic commerce of producer services industry. Then, we conducted an empirical study on the influence of the six factors on e-commerce readiness of producer services industry. 179 valid data had been collected from 300 companies and the data was analyzed with the structural equation model. The following results were reported the most positive influence to the producer services companies for their e-commerce readiness:strategy and leadership, business activities, human resources, external environment in which strategy and leadership, business activities influence have greater impacts. However, the positive influence of business process and IT resources on e-commerce readiness of producer services enterprises was not significant.
