苏州服务外包业在我国设立上海自贸区的背景下,面临着新一轮的战略转型升级问题,如何实现苏州服务外包业的成功转型对苏州经济发展至关重要,因此具有一定的现实意义。应用SWOT方法深入分析苏州发展服务外包业的优势与劣势,面临的机遇与威胁,并根据近年来苏州发展服务外包业的相关数据进行定量研究与定性分析,通过对比探索苏州发展服务外包业的新路径。苏州想要成功实现服务外包业战略转型升级,需要利用新比较优势与上海形成错位发展,进一步对苏州与上海服务外包业发展模式进行比较,表明在新的环境下,苏州应主动承接上海自贸区的辐射效应。

Under the background of setting up Shanghai free trade zone,service outsourcing industry of Suzhou is facing the new strategic transformation and upgrading. How to achieve it successfully has a certain practical significance. The article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages,the opportunities and threats of development of service outsourcing industry of Suzhou by application of SWOT method. And by quantitative research and qualitative analysis based on recent data of service outsourcing industry development in Suzhou and comparison, Suzhou explores new paths. Suzhou wants to successfully implement the service outsourcing industry strategic transformation and upgrading, which needing to use new comparative advantages and to form dislocation development with Shanghai. Further to analyze service outsourcing industry development model of Suzhou and Shanghai, shows that under the new environment, Suzhou should take the initiative to undertake the radiation effect of free trade zone in Shanghai.
