摘要
目前物流园区规划过程中主要存在"需求不清、定位不准、功能太泛、布局不顺、实施不力"五大软肋,极大地影响了物流园区的规划建设和运营效益。本文在此背景下运用模糊SWOT分析方法,从战略层面来进行昭通市物流园区的功能定位,定量与定性相结合地解决了园区建设过程中定位不准的问题。
The logistics park planning process exists primarily five weakness of ＂unclear demand, inaccurate orientation, broad function, not smooth layout and weak enforcement＂, which greatly influence the planning and construction and operational efficiency of logistics park. In this context, this paper uses fuzzy SWOT analysis method gets a functional orientation from the strategic level, solves the problems of inaccurate orientation in the construction of the park with the combination of quantitative and qualitative.
