哮喘患者膳食营养素摄入与气道炎症反应的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究哮喘患者膳食营养素摄入与气道炎症反应的相关性。方法:选取哮喘患者130例,对照组50例。采用半定量食物频率问卷调查哮喘患者及对照组近3个月饮食中14种营养素摄入量并检测肺功能、体重指数、痰液中各细胞比例。分析哮喘患者膳食营养素的摄入与气道炎症反应的相关性。结果:一秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量、一秒用力呼气容积与用力肺活量比率,对照组与病例组相比,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。膳食因素中,摄入总能量、蛋白质、碳水化合物、钙、镁、磷、铁、锌、维生素C、视黄醇,对照组与病例组相比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。脂肪、纤维、钠、钾,对照组与病例组相比,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。痰液中嗜酸性粒细胞、巨噬细胞、淋巴细胞比例,对照组与病例组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而总细胞数、中性粒细胞比例,对照组与病例组相比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。脂肪与痰液中嗜酸性粒细胞比率呈正相关;纤维与痰液中嗜酸性粒细胞比率呈负相关。结论:哮喘患者饮食具有高脂肪、高钠、低钾、低纤维的特点。脂肪、纤维与哮喘患者痰液中的嗜酸性粒细胞比率有关。纤维对哮喘患者具有保护性作用。
