白藜芦醇对实验性糖尿病大鼠视网膜氧化应激/NF-κB通路的干预作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:本实验旨在探讨白藜芦醇在氧化应激、NF-kB活性方面改善STZ致糖尿病视网膜病变的有效性。方法:以Wistar大鼠腹腔注射STZ诱导糖尿病模型为研究对象,根据组别给予不同剂量Res连续灌胃12周,免疫组织化学染色和RT-PCR检测NF-кB的表达及ELISA法检测SOD、GSH-PX活性。结果:白藜芦醇可降低NF-kB在糖尿病大鼠视网膜中的阳性表达,升高SOD、GSH-PX活性,与糖尿病模型组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:白藜芦醇可能通过影响氧化应激/NF-kB通路改善糖尿病视网膜病变发展。
