不缩短指骨的末节断指再植临床研究

The Clinical Research of Details of Replantation Adopt the Way of not Shorten the Phalanx

目的:探讨末节断指再植采用不缩短指骨方式治疗的效果。方法:选取手指末节断指患者50例(62指),治疗组30例(38指)采用显微外科技术进行不缩短指骨治疗,对照组20例(24指)采用传统残端修整术治疗,对比两组基本手术情况以及手术整体效果。结果:治疗组手术时间短于对照组,手术成活率为94.7%,对照组为83.3%;治疗组总优良率为89.4%,对照组为62.5%;治疗组发生并发症率为2.6%,对照组为8.3%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:末节断指再植采用不缩短指骨方式治疗,整体效果理想,值得临床推广。

Objective：To discuss the effect of details of replantation adopt the way of not shorten the phalanx.Method：50 cases（62 fingers） with small finger amputation were selected,the treatment group 30 cases（38 fingers） used microsurgical technique to treatment and adopted the way of not shorten the phalanx,the control group 20 cases（24 fingers） were cured by traditional residual modification,then compares the basic situation of the operation and the effect of the operation.Result：The operation time of the treatment group was shorter than that the control group,the survival rate of the operation was 94.7%,the rate of the control group was 83.3%;the rate of good overall of the treatment group was 89.4%,and the rate of the control group was 62.5%;the incidence of complications of the treatment group was 2.6%,and the rate of the control group was 8.3%;there were statistical significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The overall effect of details of replantation adopt the way of not shorten the phalanx is ideal,and it is worth promoting.
