急诊老年低血糖昏迷患者的急救与护理要点

Emergency Elderly Patients with Hypoglycemic Coma Emergency Treatments and Nursing Points

目的：探讨老年低血糖昏迷患者院前急诊急救措施与护理。方法：回顾性分析笔者所在医院2012年1月-2013年6月急诊科收治的30例老年低血糖昏迷患者。结果：30例老年低血糖昏迷患者经过实施合理及正确的急诊急救后，均解除危险症状，安全转至院内，其中22例在5~15 min内逐渐苏醒。结论：对老年低血糖昏迷患者院前急诊急救的先决条件是血糖监测，对症抢救并积极护理，为院前安全转运及入院治疗提供安全保障。

Objective：To investigate elderly patients with hypoglycemic coma and pre-hospital emergency care measures and nursing.Method：A retrospective analysis of 30 cases of elderly patients with hypoglycemic coma from January 2012 to June 2013 in our hospital emergency department.Result：30 cases of elderly patients after hypoglycemic coma reasonable and proper implementation of emergency first aid,were released danger signs,safety go to the hospital,22 cases in 5-15 min gradually regained consciousness among them.Conclusion：Elderly patients with hypoglycemic coma pre-hospital emergency treatment is a prerequisite for blood glucose monitoring,symptomatic rescue and actively care for the safety of pre-hospital transport and hospital treatment to provide security.
