摘要
目的:探讨围手术期中不同营养支持在胃肠道肿瘤患者的应用价值。方法:选取笔者所在医院2010年4月-2013年5月收治的50例胃肠道肿瘤患者,并随机将其分为观察组和对照组。观察组26例,在术前7天开始行注射营养素对该组患者实施肠内营养支持(EN);对照组24例,在术后持续7天对该组患者行肠外营养支持(PN)。利用仪器,观察两组患者的康复指标,并观察其效果。结果:观察组各项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肠内营养在胃肠道肿瘤患者围手术期中,应用价值和显效价值较好,值得在临床上大力推广。
Objective:To explore the application value of different perioperative nutritional support in patients with gastrointestinal cancer.Method:50 cases of patients with gastrointestinal cancer in our hospital from April 2010 to May 2013 were treated and randomly divided into observation group and control group.Observation group 26 cases,nutrients were injected 7 days before operation for patients with enteral nutrition(EN);24 cases in the last seven days after the operation underwent parenteral nutrition (PN) in control group.The use of instruments,rehabilitation indicators were observed,and observe the effect.Result:The index in observation group has more advantages than that in the control group,there was statistical significance(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Enteral nutrition for patients with gastrointestinal cancer in perioperative period,the value markedly better application value and worth in clinical promoting.
