法乐四联症32例根治术临床体会

Experience with radical surgery in the treatment for 32 cases of tetralogy of fallot.

目的 总结基层医院开展法乐四联症根治术的体会。方法 全组病例均施行根治术 ,涤纶片修补室间隔缺损 ,涤纶片内衬自体心包片作右室流出道及肺动脉扩大 ,6例作跨瓣补片。结果 手术死亡 1例 ,余经 6月至 9年随访 ,恢复良好。结论 严格掌握手术适应症 ;妥善矫治心内畸形 ;加强术后早期的监护 ,预防并发症的发生是基层医院提高四联症根治术成功的关键。

Objective To review the experience with Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) radical surgery in basic hospital.Methods All of the patients underwent TOF radical surgery.The patches of polyester fiber were used to repair the ventricular septal defect.The patches of polyester fiber lined with the patient's own pericardium were used to repair the right ventricular out tract and to enlarge pulmonay artery.Cross-valve patches were used in 6 patients.Results One patient died in operation.The others recovered very well during the follow-up period from 6 months to 9 years.Conclusion [WT5”BZ]The keys to attaining more successful results of TOF radical surgery in basic hospital are to master the operation indication strictly,to rectify the intracardiac malformation carefully and to intensify early the postoperative care and treatment.
