摘要 目的 探讨抗生素在预防食管手术后感染中的合理应用。方法 将给药方案分成头孢三嗪单剂组和 4剂组 ,用随机对照试验方法对 32 0例病人进行了多个指标的比较。结果 两组病例的术后感染率是 8.2 8%和 9.82 % ,平均住院日是 17.5 3天和 17.6 6天 ,两项指标无差异。成本效果比率是 180 .44元和 734.0 5元 ,两组间有显著差异。结论 食管手术预防性使用抗生素只需在手术日使用即可起到预防术后感染的作用。 Objective To find a reasonable method of using preventive antibiotics in the operation for esophageal carcinoma.Methods 320 patients were divided into2 groups by randomization.One group recived a single dose of cefotriaxon on the operating day only;the other group received a dose of cefotriaxon on the operating day and on the first 3 days after operation.A comparison of variables were made between the 2 groups.Results No significant differences were observed between the 2 groups in the postoperative infection rate (8.28% vs 9.82%)and the average hospital stay(17.53 days vs 17.66 days),but there was a significant difference between them in the ratio of cost-effects (180.44 yuan vs 734.05 yuan).Conclusion Administering antibiotics on the operating day only is the method of choice for the prevention of infection in esophageal operations.
