Clinical analysis of 7 cases of POEMS syndrome

目的 研究 POEMS综合征的临床特点 ,减少误诊。方法 分析近 5年 7例 POEMS综合征患者的一般资料、临床表现、辅助检查、治疗及预后。结果 7例患者 ,男性 6例 ,女性 1例 ,平均年龄 5 2岁。分别有多发性神经病、脏器肿大、内分泌病、单克隆蛋白和皮肤病变。伴发病有多发性骨髓瘤、MGUS、非何杰金淋巴瘤。结论 POEMS综合征临床表现复杂多样 ,需加强认识 ,提高临床诊断率。

Objective To study the clinical characteristics of POEMS syndrome.Methods The general data,clinical manifestations,laboratory features,therapy and prognosis of 7 cases of POEMS syndrome in the past 5 years were analyzed.Results [WT5”BZ]Among 7 cases,6 cases were male,one was female.The median age was 52.The patients had polyneuropathy,organomegaly,endocrinopathy,monoclonal protein and skin changes respetively,associated with multiple myeloma,MGUS and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.Conclusion The clinical characteristics of POEMS syndrome are complex and various.
