摘要
通过一系列试验研究了高速钢带锯激光处理的工艺,并对经激光淬火后的试样的硬度及组织进行了研究.结果表明,高速钢带锯经过激光表面淬火后,马氏体和残余奥氏作的晶粒得到细化,碳化物减少,硬度得到显著提高,进而其耐磨性和使用寿命也得到提高.
The technics of laser quenching on high speed steel saw blade was studied by a series of experiments. The hardness and the microstructure of each specimen were also examined after laser treatment. The results showed that: after laser quenching, the grain size of martensite and remained austenite has been decresed, the hardness noteworthily increased, therefore, the wear resistance and the service life are both raised.
