摘要
根据海洋污损生物对海洋水下设施的生物污损过程和防污机理,参照国内外防污涂料研究的最新进展,针对海滨电厂的管道生物污损问题,研制了以Cu2O、 ZnO为主体的DD-96-1型和以Cu2O、有机锡高聚物为主体的DD-96-2型防污涂料,经实验室内加速试验和实海渗出率测试,得到了较为满意的结果.
A model DD- 96 - 1 antifouling paint composed mainly of Cu2O, ZnO and a model DD- 96 -2 antifouling paint composed mainly of Cu2O and high polymer of organic tin have been trial- produced, according to the process of biofouling and antifouling mechanism of installation that is set up the underwater of ocean, refering to new progressive state of internal and external antifouling coatings of research, that are directed against the problem of pipe biofouling of seaside electric power plant, The pleasing result has been obtained by quickened test in laboratory and examination of marine bleeding rate.
